Payment information

  • - Payment deadline: Before the first lesson
  • - A course place is confirmed only after Quality Tutoring has approved the placement and the required payment has been received.
  • - No card payments are taken on this website.

Cancellation and refund policy

  • - A full refund is available where cancellation is received at least 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • - Cancellations made less than 48 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.
  • - Missed sessions are non-refundable.
  • - If Quality Tutoring cancels a session, the family will be offered a replacement session or a refund for the affected session.
  • - Where a group does not reach the minimum of four students, Quality Tutoring may offer an alternative timetable, suitable group, adjusted tuition option or full refund.
