Personal teaching
1:1 tuition and small-group learning, with qualified tutor support.
School-Commissioned Home & Online Learning
Flexible, school-commissioned learning for pupils who are unable to access the classroom. We work alongside schools to provide structured learning aligned with your curriculum, helping pupils remain connected to education and continue making progress.
Referrals start with an email enquiry. Please avoid sending sensitive pupil information at this stage.
When attendance is interrupted, a thoughtful learning plan can help maintain continuity. We work with headteachers, SENCOs, inclusion leads, pastoral and attendance teams to understand the barriers each pupil faces.
Support can be explored for pupils experiencing:
Learning aligned with your school
Share your curriculum map, schemes of work and current learning priorities. We can use these alongside the National Curriculum and relevant GCSE specifications to build an appropriate individual learning pathway.
Learning reflects the pupil’s year group, current level, individual needs and agreed outcomes. The aim is to reduce curriculum gaps and support eventual reintegration where appropriate.
Share your curriculum map, schemes of work and current learning priorities.
Agree learning around the pupil’s year group, current level, individual needs and outcomes.
Connect the pupil with structured tuition and appropriate online learning.
Review engagement, learning objectives and progress against the agreed plan.
Keep your team informed and use reviews to shape the next steps.
Flexible alternative learning provision
The delivery model, timetable and duration are agreed with the commissioning school, according to the pupil’s needs and available provision.
1:1 tuition and small-group learning, with qualified tutor support.
Online tuition and monitored online learning can be combined into blended provision, with engagement reviewed.
Discuss a focused short-term intervention or longer-term educational support, with regular reviews.
If home or community-based learning is needed, discuss this with our Education Team. Appropriate home/community-based provision can be considered subject to suitability, availability and an agreed delivery plan.
Your school remains a partner in the pupil’s education. Agree how information will be shared, who needs to be involved and when provision will be reviewed, so your team has a clear view of the learning pathway.
Inclusion and reintegration
Provision can form part of a wider inclusion or reintegration plan. Where appropriate, structured learning can help pupils maintain routines, rebuild confidence and address curriculum gaps.
We work alongside the school and relevant professionals while they determine an appropriate longer-term pathway, keeping each pupil’s circumstances and agreed goals at the centre.
Share the pupil’s needs, current provision and learning priorities.
Agree an appropriate learning pathway aligned with your school curriculum.
The pupil begins structured learning through the agreed delivery model.
Review reported engagement and progress, adapting provision as needs change.
If a pupil cannot currently access the classroom, we can work with your school to build a structured learning pathway around their needs and your curriculum.
